Alex Planck is the founder of this site and forum and also does other stuff about ASD, talks about it openly and in videos and so on.
I'm not perfectly informed, but there is no reason to get emotional about like the OP.

Nor to the rest of us. I think the OP is either having trouble thinking clearly or trouble communicating clearly. It can't be any fun to be in that state, which is why we are recommending a doctor's appointment.

Especially if you live alone, OP. I know many of us (including me) are on the edge of independence and it doesn't take much before we can't take care of ourselves. If you live alone, you should probably just go to a hospital.
