You haven't killed anybody, you haven't stolen from anybody. Liking girls is part of life. If you didn't want to have sex, you wouldn't be a normal human being. People "objectify"each other all the time; I don't care what gender, sex, intersex one is. As long as you respect a woman's space, you're all right. If you feel like making love, just masturbate in a private place; nothing wrong with that. It's better than keeping it pent up.

Cmon buddy, maybe you need to talk to someone--whether a therapist or even someone on this site.

no but I'm christian, have a high sex drive, I don't keep documents to back up any possible statements I might make, therefore anything I know or learned is wrong as I am to speak. Its best I don't speak or post, atleast in this thread otheres will be safe and so will i.

just means i have to be lonely but maybe thats how its meant to be.

I don't have documents either. I don't have research papers available immediately to quote. I don't think this is the place for that, anyway. It's the Haven---where feelings are paramount over intellectualism (or pseudointellectualism).

We're not doing research papers here. We're talking about our feelings. We don't have to credit sources for our feelings. Forget about this study and that study (unless you feel it's relevant for you).

Perhaps we should be going for our Master's here, with all the scholarliness. Where's the professor to grade our papers?

I'm not a huggy-huggy guy---here's a cyber "pat on the back."

which is why i feel i can only post in this thread inside haven.

I enjoy talking with people. I had been enjoying this forum since dec 2013. I tend to get carried away and forget my place be it here or at work. I am not a person, I shouldn't speak, yet I see others talking or they talk to me and all my mental thought not to speak seems to evaporate. after work I feel horrible and fearful.

I tend to find more topics in Politics, Philosophy, and Religion and love and dating.

Politics, Philosophy, and Religion is the only sub forum that has stuff to do with one of my main interests. I feel it should be renamed, debate and bash though. I don't go there to debate, so i don't spend time preparing topics, researching and compiling documents to back up statements. Debating goal is to get the other side to think as you do. I don't want to make others do that. I read articles and links for fun/interest. I read a lot on varying topics then close them and move on to the next one.

I don't like being put on the spot to show backing links, I never wanted to push people just to say my opinion, the last topic was in adult sub, I already feel bad for masturbating and liking sex, my upbringing say's its bad, society says its bad. but friends linked me to medical studies that showed it can be healthy for stress, happiness, preventing cancer and infections. I can't find anything on google though like i mean anything no matter what i search for be it on any topic I fail at wording it right to bring up related results and i don't keep the addresses as I read them and others I began to at least have a alternate push in my mind that it was ok, I can stop masturbating but i get super super horny all the time, which causes problems for me in interacting with the other sex. I can ruin possible relationships cause I'll mention sex too soon. if done regally my hormones are kept in check. there's also the built up seman that leads to pain and having a erection more often which is uncomfortable and embarrassing

maybe i should get a surgry to remove my hormones, but then i couldn't ever have sex or have kids. But yet being attracted to women and getting horny is rather a bad thing. but if there's no sex drive or attraction to a woman then its bad. there doesn't seem to be in middle ground.

wish there was a emotion restricting and hormone drugs, then if i won the lottery I could just go live on a mountain alone.

there isn't. and i get hit from both sides some here making me feel like a sexist then other women who say that women want nsa sex. being told I am bad for finding a woman's body sexual, yet as i said if I got a gf and i didn't find it sexual then she would feel awful and likely break it up, plus I can't change i find it sexual. at least not without the emotion drug but then is attraction a emotion suppose having no hormones would fix it maybe. but that can't be switched on and off. though if i had no emotions then i wouldn't love or care for anyone so i wouldn't want a gf. though that would likely lead to not caring about life.

i sometimes envy the aspies who have no desire for social stuff and are happy just doing their interests.

everything seems to say I shouldn't go near people, yet everything about me needs and craves it :shaking:

That's all right. You had a lot to say.

You're right.....in the Philosophy section, it seems de riguer to have documentation, etc. However, it shouldn't be that way. My solution would be to state what you say with the caveat that it is a "personal opinion." If you FEEL like crediting sources, do so. If you don't--it's your personal opinion, so you don't need corroboration by someone or something else. Yes, there are people who like to snipe. It's a pity. Like I said, there should be a professor there correcting papers, and an online school handing out degrees LOL.

Yes, the Philosophy et al section has many people who are quite anti-religious. They are seeking "empirical proof" for something which is, essentially, faith-based, and not based upon tangible "proof."

I'm an agnostic myself--but I believe religion has its place in society.

You should really explore the other sections, such as the music, the writing, and the random sections. Documentation is certainly not needed there!

If you're a writer, you could post your stuff in the writing section. If you're a musician, ditto

Of course you are a person. I have the same problem of not being able to express myself in discussions. I cope with it now by saying very little and I love it! Takes the pressure off when you don't feel obliged to speak.
You don't have to say anything much to enjoy people's company.

Those are rough forums. I dont try to convince anyone of anything either. I just like the opportunity to give an opinion (and occasionally be told to STFU, lol.)

I'm not much of a smiter. More of a "well, let's have some tea then." Lol

I'd be delighted LOL :wink

You're right, sometimes it's better to turn the other cheek.

I don't like people telling me to STFU, though. I seethe when there's so much arrogance.

There's a lot of arrogance in PPR, but intelligence too. I've learned a few things there. I think people get very passionate because of the nature of the topics; same with L&D.

I don't disagree with what you said at all. There is much intelligence. It could just be presented better.

It can get a bit bitchy, for lack of a better word. Big egos in PPR.

it seems like some are just trying to draw out believers then attack them. or they wouldn't title it _______ destroys______
or how can ______ think ______

If they were seeking to talk to similar minded people they would title it hey what do you all think about this. or look what this guy said. I saw that sub forum as a place to talk to people about those varying topics. I have so few people to talk to about them, my family watches the news all day long about murder and stuff but they don't want to hear stuff about politics or guns. they mostly socialize with Christians so they don't understand the hatred and anger there is towards us. i don't believe in pushing ones ideas on others, so I get annoyed at both sides that do it.

I tend to see and hear what others say and feel bad I believe what people say or at least that if they think taht about me then probably everyone else does too.

I have a seasonal job only 32 hours every 3 months so I've been told its not a real job :(
