I got pretty much exactly what I expected, actually.
I've been avoiding coming here for several years because I knew it would be exactly like this.

I am sorry you feel that way. If you want to talk to me, you may inbox me. This website is filled with a lot of lovely people. If you want to avoid arguments, stay away from the Love and Dating threads. There are a lot of internet arguments there that stem from people who can not accept the opinions of others.

You can always make a troll thread, that will get you attention just not the good kind of course.

Just wanted to reply because I recognise how you don't get any responses to your threads (although it seems to have worked in this thread). I was lurking on another board for years and sometimes I would dare post something. The threads that I worked on the most would typically go straight to the bottom and the thread that got the most responses (2 pages) was about saying hi to everybody because I had been away for a while.
I posted something here that I thought was terribly fun and I'm not surprissed nobody replies because I copy-pasted the same thing to 4 other places on the internet and nobody cares.
I especially hate when people don't reply to e-mail. Just reply and say you don't know or care. I've had this happen for 18 years now. Even people I know will not tell you they can't be bothered replying for some reason but rather let the dead silence slowly convey that message.

I like how you said whe're all a bunch of cat's here. Is that common for autistic people to say. I was thinking that a few nights ago. Whenever I met people that were labelled autistic it would be like that . Not to keen on eye contact and they'd prefer to mind their own business but we would just acknowledge each others presence and there would be this understanding between us. We would stick up for each other. Not like friends, more like colleagues. Like cats.

This whole thing was edited on a nintendo by the way. That's all shooting letters on the screen. I've gotten really good at it too but this took at least half an hour. I hope it doesn't run out of mem.

I sometimes like to reread old threads that actually got interesting replies. I remember threads from years ago when I or someone else said something funny.

I'm not sure but I don't think I remember real life stuff as clearly. You should know what my life and my appartment are like. This is it for me right now and the next few days. Just reading posts. I might play some of those silly a-z games for a bit , maybe watch netflix for a while then it's of to bed.

I'm new to this place and I haven't been on a messageboard for a while but I remember from another appartment and another computer. Just reloading the page. It's fun sometimes but mostly it's as lonely as real life.

Maybe they play instruments or are talented in some other form of artistic expression. Maybe they listen more than they talk, while paying attention to what other people have to say. Maybe they don't spend their days online, going on about how interesting they think they are.

These are all interesting subjects. Just because they're not all talking about you does not make these subjects any less interesting. In fact, it just proves that these subjects are more interesting to them than you!

I hope you don't still feel this way.

As some have pointed out, on a site as large as WP, it can take longer and be harder to really stand out. Just keep posting and you'll find others with your interests. :)

You. Don't. Know. Me.
No one does.
I don't know anyone.
Do you understand what that means?

I'm agoraphobic!
Can't get anyone to notice you if you're in your bedroom 99% of the time and no one can even see you!
I'm scared to go out there, okay?!
There's no good reason for me to go outside other than to buy food really quick.

I have no interest in life anymore, other than trying to survive the best I can, so there's not much to talk about!
I eat, sleep, listen to music, lift weights, and that is most of what I do, and sometimes video games a little bit until I get a headache after an hour or so a few times per week. Sometimes I draw pictures and make music, but I'm embarrassed to share it.

I'm not good at communicating!
I don't know how to describe that to you, because I'm not good at communicating!
My words often speak a language that is not mine! Do you f*****g get that?!
It's called a symptom of ASD!! Maybe you don't f*****g understand that?!

Stop using pretense on me!
That makes me extremely upset!
You are twisting every word I say!

I did nothing wrong!
Why are you hurting me?!

I'm nothing! I am inferior, and useless!
I don't care anymore!
If you're going to torture me like this, then get the f**k away from me!! !! !! !! !! !! !

Please... I only came here to make friends.
I avoided this place for 8 years because I feared this would happen.
Miscommunication. Misunderstanding. Pretense.

I've been reading posts here on and off for 8 years, and I've seen it, and feared it, and avoided it, and isolated myself.

I used to hate it when someone doesn't reply to email. I've had online friends before that would always reply. They would send me long messages, and I would send them back long messages. But, we all went our separate ways under neutral circumstances for the most part.

Some people don't reply, and I guess they just aren't interested, so that's somewhat understandable from my perspective, but I don't know why they wouldn't be interested, and that's because of my mind blindness.

What I mean in regards to Cats and Autism is that we can be very aloof towards one another if we have interests that contradict each other. However, if we have the same interests and like to talk about the same things, Autistic or not, it works out for us. Each member of my entire family has some variation of Autism, and we DO NOT get along with each other. However, I am the most disabled Autistic of the family.

I used to talk with dozens of people online, and they told me they liked me, and talked with me at length frequently. There was one girl I was talking with on the phone all day everyday that I met online, and she wanted to meet me and start a band with me, as friends maybe leading to something more.

However, her overbearing parents sent her to job training and we couldn't talk anymore, and she met a guy there. A few days before she left for job training, I ended up getting distracted by another girl that was a LOT more interested in me. She was mean and confusing, so I left her and had a paranoid mental breakdown, and avoided everyone until this year.

I no longer really correspond with people via e-mail (except one right now) due to other distractions.
I also was wondering the other day if Cats & Autistics are somehow linked due to often being similar.

The publication is a posthumous (albeit not actually famous) work by a Dr. Carl Wickland (hyper-linked).

No one's trying to hurt you. They're trying to help you out when it comes to socializing on here. Why can't YOU see that?

This looks very interesting and I have bookmarked it.
I'm a slow reader though, so it will take a awhile, especially with all the stress I have preoccupying me.

Was there ever a time in history where there was an overpopulation of cats?
I've heard theories that Autism is a result of over population.
Maybe cats used to be Neuro-typical like dogs are.

I think it's a downloadable PDF. You should be able to save the .pdf-file onto your PC for any-time viewing.

I have other ideas as to what influences behaviours, and I am aware of there being such things as mind-control technology, literal-technology, one of which is called Psychotronic. Most people are aware that Alcohol & Drugs can influence/change/alter moods & behaviours, some people know that certain gases that get into the respiratory system can also do the same or similar (examples : mustard-gas, sleeping-gas, laughing-gas, etc.), but few people know that frequencies of certain things influence them, too.

Unfortunately, the systems are quite elaborate, and not something I can really describe or explain in simple terms other than to use metaphoric-comparisons, such as if Drugs & Alcohol are to the Physical-Substance Realm of Contamination, then certain gases are to the Evaporation-Realm of Contamination, and certain Frequencies (such as various forms of Radiation) are the Micro/Radio-Wave Realm of Contamination.

Within certain scientific or philosophical-debates, correlation does not necessarily equal casuation, and in the case of cats being part of an over-population being a cause of autism, that is a potentially non-sequitur observation/hypnothesis/theory. I was only really thinking of cats the other day because it would seem that many of them would qualify as what the neuro-typical system labels as being autistic.

I also had a rather slow reading speed myself, but despite that limiter, I have still managed to read well-beyond a total of over 12000 hours worth of literature & being able to compare lots of information & cross-referencing a lot of various sources, although I stopped keeping track of the time I had spent & which books I had read after it reached somewhere between the 5000-8000 hour mark, due to changing life-circumstances, etc.

I am quite amazed at the amount of quality material that is never ever heard nor talked about in the public.
