WP is the kind of place where you just might find a woman interested in this stuff.

There used to be a really good-looking woman of almost 60. I think she had those sorts of interests. She had blondish-reddish hair, and bangs.

Yep. I forgot her name, though.

Are you feeling better, Hurtloam?

i highly recommend running too. it's great especially when i'm angry. i just put some aggressive music on repeat on my earbuds and i run back and forth in the dark for an hour or two or three

and also chopping firewood! i've only done twice in my life (more like "once and a half"). the first time around there was only soft ground available, so it didn't really work, but it was fun anyway. the second time it felt like i was born to do it! it's like the rest of world disappears. it's fun to break and destroy things - and then light them on fire and watch them burn! :D and the sounds are also soothing and kind of hypnotic. kinda like bowling, actually

I don't want to be alone, but nothing I do makes any difference.

I feel the same way. It's so hard to make friends, and even harder to keep them when everything is changing all of the time. I'm the only thing that doesn't change, but I desperately need to.

You're not alone.

Hello, you may find social interaction easier as you get older. I've learned through practice and although I've lost friends along the way I have made some good loyal friends who have stuck with me into my 30s.

Try not to get too upset about it and be aware that everyone matures at their own pace.
