I've been told I need to have an epiphany, but how I?

I tried this but all the other students from the school who live near me didn't really take the fields I need. For example, I could really use good actors and a good DP, where as most people from the school wanted to be directors and editors, but I feel I already know how to do those things. The students who wanted to be DPs all moved.

So I feel that I need people in areas, that students that could be recommended to me, did not go to school for.
