Death and the Maiden - Franz Schubert. This is an amateur string quartet, but they play with such passion. I'm sorry, I don't know how to put the whole picture in like other posters have done. But this link will get you there.

It is classical and 40 minutes long, so I don't expect many will be interested.

Bob Dylan's great song "Like A Rolling Stone" came instantly to mind. Quote from Dylan biographer Robert Shelton: " (Like A)'Rolling Stone' is about the loss of innocence and the harshness of experience. Myths, props, and old beliefs fall away to reveal a very taxing reality."

PS Your hair looks great, and that's a very nice photo.

Sorry I'm unfamiliar with your visage. It was a reply to the OP Fifasy.

Thank you b19! I'm a big Dylan fan, nice choice.

I like classical music btw blazingstar, to be honest I'm not so much into rock music so kind of enjoyed your song more than many here. But still don't mind people posting whatever, variety is the spice of life. Horses for courses as they say.

I'm so glad you liked it. I find it mesmerizing and powerful, but I know it well. My mother was an amateur musician and her amateur quartet used to practice sometimes at our house. She played first violin. I remember the cellist, but don't remember second violin or viola. It was so amazing.

That's like something out of an Alfred Hitchcock film. A real slice of classic life! :D
