Cripes... I called the urologists office to see about getting in earlier & completely lost it.
She said she hated something like that bladder cancer flyer!
IF I had googled BEFORE I called the doctor and IF I didn't;t get that flyer, none of this would be happening now. The website I landed on stated, "If you have blood in your urine, wait a couple days. If it is still there, call the doctor." I haven't seen blood drops since.
So... I am probably going to be OK. Now if I can just stop losing it. I think I am OK now.
Funny when you can see the end coming...
Blood in the urine doesn’t necessarily mean bladder cancer. I had blood in my urine (which I didn’t even see, but when I went for my quarterly glyburated hemoglobin, A1c, and lipid panels, as well as urinalysis (since i’m Diabetic) back about 4 years ago, the lab found blood. My PCP at the time, booked my into radiology for a sonogram. He saw 2 kidney stones, as a result, referred me to a urologist and had the lithrotripsy. You might want the urologist to test for kidney stones.
