I need to be physically active and get exercise. But where will I find the time for while I'm working a full-time job and attending grad school?

Exercise is a good idea if you can incorporate it into your life, but dieting is far more important if your goal is to get down to a healthier weight. I lost 90lbs without any sustained increase in exercise just by taking a common sense approach to dieting, and gradually removing some of the fattening staple foods and drinks that were keeping me at the weight I was. Having broken my bad food and drink habits, I indulge in those foods and drinks much less frequently, and though sometimes I indulge a bit more than I probably should, I'm vigilant in making sure that habits don't form again.

What are you studying?

I was gaining in college. College isn't good for weight loss.
