Kortie will say something that has...you know...common sense. And is non polarizing, and a bit calming.

Where is the sport in THAT?

And maybe it calms things down so much that the thread runs out of steam (to mix my metaphors).

Kortie's name will be changed to Valerian. He calms aspies. He is going to be used in therapy, the Kortie headphones. Or to quiet down messy threads.

He's the joke teller of the pack, in a good way. Joke tellers are fake. He's the real thing. In the pack, there's this playful dog which will diffuse arguments and calm down the alpha when he gets too aggressive.

One of my favorite tunes happens to be "Dueling Banjos" :)

It's an exhibition of virtuosity without any competition, even though they are "dueling."

Yeah....I was sort of a mess the other day. I was feeling somewhat in despair. My physical body, too. All pretty minor when compared to what some other folks go through....but it didn't feel all that great to me at the time.

But now.....because of you folks....I feel much better.

I've been lurking around wrongplanet for years and your posts, along with a few other members, tend to stand out the most as they're worth reading.

Thanks. Lol I would have let it end there because it would be the perfect ending, but let’s see if I can end the thread.

8O I thought that we're supposed to use blusher from above the gap of the cheek and then end up in the middle, but there are so many ways that we don't know which is best anymore. Between cheekbone contour, blush and lightener, there's little to understand.

I often like what you have to say Kort. I can count on you not to bash anyone for any reason. Often when I read what I wrote and what you wrote responding to the same thread and thing - i think gee maybe I should have said something more like KraftieKortie.

That being said - like the Duffelpuds in the book Prince Caspian - you often say the kinds of things that aren't easy to disagree with. "Powerful wet stuff that water". Because you don't tend to extremes you don't bring out the "oh yeah, well I'll tell you a few things" people or the "boy was that right" of the hyper-partisans.

Your posts and your head-shot seem calm and agreeable or (at least not disagreeable).

I think I saw Cornflake use the term MVP - Most Valuable Poster.
I'd vote for you as one of the MVPs.

Maybe you are not a "Thread killer" just a "Lady killer".

I should have said that Cornflake used "Most Valuable Poster" to mean Joe90, rather than me :)
