I do not know what state you are in but here in Florida there are institutions where abused kids, teenagers and young adults can go to to receive counseling and assistance relocating / finding their own homes and/or live in their installations.

Please grab a yellow pages phone book (or google search) for these institutions in your area... and always, just to be safe, please call your local sheriff office (not 911! ) to have them confirm if the institution is legit or not (police do have a list of these entities that operate in their area).

Mate, the coppers seem like a great place to start. If they're anything like the police where I live, they'll greet you with warm cocoa and help you get out of there (maybe with a nice legal settlement too!)

I do go to church should I ask there? And if so what questions should I ask?
I don't know what questions you should ask, but you could try telling your Pastor/Clergy about it, or maybe someone in the congregation.
