my dad actually sent me a link saying Harvard has many free online courses that one can choose from during this time, to fill up the boredom,
and it's true.

it's not a scam (well there's the part where they let you know that for fifty bucks,
you can have unlimited access, graded assignments, and a certificate that can be used on CVs...
well of course that sounds way more tempting than just the free version)

you might like it. i signed up for two.

i'll send the link once my phone charges, as it's on that.

Oh wow! That is...well you're a brave woman so it makes sense.
I could never handle that.

I already signed up for two.

The Shakespeare's life one (i always wanted to study literature after high school) to better understand his works, and the one
'Talk to me': Managing Study, Stress, and Mental Health at University
which is not from Harvard, but CutinX (?)

I've already studied a lot of Shakespeare but I thought about taking Othello for fun. It's one of my favourites. Let me know if you take the intro, and what you think of it.

The Talk to Me sounds practical too.

Re: Dickens. lol. You know I scoured for Victorian Lit straight away. Frown.

Re: Justice
"The principal readings for the course are texts by Aristotle, John Locke, Immanuel Kant, John Stuart Mill, and John Rawls".
Wow -- Kant, Mill and Rawls are among my favourites. I love this.

Thank you for providing the link, I too will have a look and see if anything sounds interesting to me. I may need something that doesn't involve standing to do for a while since I get pretty dizzy/unsteady if I do right now and I don't know how long that might last, in addition to the quarantine. It would certainly improve my mood by making me feel like I was actually doing something productive instead of just playing games on my iPad all day, and I enjoy learning.

Thanks, Blooie.

-9 Same sh*t,different day and time.Lonely, depressed,no prospects for friendship or intimacy, been jobless for while now and stuck at home bored. So far my therapist has only been a mild help for me,but yet I'm stuck with having this therapist until my depression/loneliness gets "better". Do now have coping mechanism to my loneliness that my Therapist suggested, such as excercising more, reading books, watching more Moives, etc however it's just temporary solution to a bigger problem.Honestly,I'm becoming more convinced that everyone just want me to stay miserable forever until I die.
