-1. Sometimes I just can't. I struggle to hit the low bar. I wish my expectations weren't guided by outside opinions, but they are. I have no internal system to measure independently. It's difficult to admit that I have no measurement to judge independent of outside forces. I don't even have the slightest spark to gather my impressions independently. I think this is my most gaping weakness...

8.5 I bought masks aloe drink and perfumes (2)! !! And normal groceries too

Make that a 9!! My laptop that I thought wasnt working is working! It just needed to be charged longer than usual for the first use!! !

Which perfumes?

I am a bit down today maybe 3,2. I feel trapped and not because of quarantine. I can't relate to the culture where i live.

Taking each day as it comes, and am optimistic towards as and when (or even if) the pandemic is worn down.

I've had to put important life changing progress on hold, but it will make the reward feel much greater when finally obtainable.
