Been having shoulder pain flare ups this past year. They started about 1 year ago when I lost all strength in my left arm, accompanied by a dull aching pain that never stops. They seem to last anywhere from a few days to a month. Let me tell you trying to go to sleep with a constant aching pain is not fun. I have to remain in one position all throughout the night or the problem gets worse. Last night I was awake till 5 am, and I don't think I ever entered a deep sleep.

It's day 3 so far, so i'm hoping that it will go away soon, as the last time it only lasted for a few days, but the first time it lasted for a whole month. Sigh, I hope it's not the case but I did it once so I can do it again.

If I'm truly caught up in the loop, then I'd be wishing my friends and family back closer to home.

Only to find the same chaos here at home and be worried about those who I hold dear. From there, I'd pick a side and get on with it.

And from here, to long to leave the confines of the pandemic due boredom and the thoughts about the prospect of livelihood.

Like an emotional pinball at that particular level.

But I'm not and I don't. I never felt the same still.
Except I'm still bored as heck. :lol: And I long for real time self control should I be out there.

Is getting out of customer service an option? Something like logistics or shipping/receiving might be worth considering.

As much as I hate working in a factory, I've dealt with a lot less backtalk from nasty people in my current job in the entire time I've been there as I would deal with in a month working with the public. And even better, when my 'customers' are nasty I actually have recourse, to the point of one guy who used to bully me being given a final warning and advised if there's another report he'll get walked out the door (and I didn't even have to make the report, coworkers did on my behalf).

-11 to drink or not to drink. My pee is dark yellow which means him dehydrated and my mouth is dry, but i dont know if I feel drinking or not. Humans can go 3 days they say.
