-7. I can't really get any sleep at this point which is pissing me off. I'm so tired and overwhelmed. I feel like crying, but I can't even do that.

Very unhappy and I don’t know why.
Anxiety, but don’t know what about.
No one to talk to; called my only friend, she is very ‘down’ and wanted to get off of the phone.
Haven’t felt this bad for no reason for a very long time.
