Was -10 earlier but have improved a bit now.

Not bad for a Monday morning (it's a little after 08:00 here), but I am not looking forward to our weekly trip to the grocery store . . . the hardware store . . . the phone store . . . the pharmacy . . .

Philippines -- it is about 14:35 here. I have to set the time zone in my WP account as GMT+7, or it will not show me the correct posting times.

1. I need help but can't bring myself to ask. 2 therapists recently ended services so i could get "higher level care". i didn't think i could last the 2 weeks between sessions for the last one, and now it's been several since i've seen anyone because i just can't get myself to contact the places on the list she gave me. I'm on new meds for depression i started about a month ago (don't want to be on them but felt I had no choice because of the daily panic) and am not really feeling anything. I came off a very high does last year because i ran out of money, & survived with meditation, but then it started to seem to make things worse. I've been depressed all my life. I don't know how to live. I want to check myself into a place with intensive outpatient care but then I won't be able to make rent (i'm not really even making it now). I don't know what to do. I would go to a crisis center but don't know if that would really help either.
