The guards won't throw out somebody who has a legit purpose there.

...If the hospital decides they want you out (and, leaving aside this whole thing of appealing a discharge from a hospital), their fuzz will throw you out.

If they discharge you, and you refuse to go, the "fuzz" would throw out anybody, even the President.

...I'm at absolute poverty level - I do have some combination of?? Medicare/Medical/Medicaid - beyond what that will pay they can simply kiss my pink 'n' perky Caucasian ass if they hope to get any more than that. So I simply shrug .

...I've been here in the hospital two weeks now, it's ended ustreching out - I have received lots of Lasik, etc, and I have, on the good side, peed out much of that excess water weight . On The not so good side, I've been in the hospital during my birthday . I apparently have been kept here somewhat longer simply because they can't find a place to discharge me to and don't want to discharge me to the street. I guess it is good.to be here at length if it makes the CHF water weight go away .

I am reasonably, in a gruesome sense, fortunate that I am considered poor enough, on California's relatively generous MediCal system. to get at least - as it's worked out, so far - enough medical cap]re to stay alive and, anyway, not be as crippled as I might be otherwise .
I am moving away from suing " I'm lucky " because, ya know, I'm not that kdalthy as a t8-yr old now, although I grant too, it could be worse.
I stumbled into, given that I came here and and yet another toe to be amputated , nice care here these last months in Santa Cruz and, as of right this moment. now? I am healing -after having, just now, the ballooned up CHF weight (which I had a years back in SF,too), remember.

I think it's cool that ASS-P is getting the care he needs. I wasn't knocking ASS-P for being in Medicaid. I was just stating a fact.

....I am on a medical upswing now, that is true. It's also I guess true that in areas other than CalifCalifornia, the " Greater Bay Area " thereof, I could be even worse off, medically speaking - and, perhaps, at least in some areas, having a little more money could make me worse off in what I could get.
It is also true that I spent, I believe literally, years with 9&1/2 toes - but unable to get enough help then to deal with the iinfections that leave mme with just 4&1/2 toes now . If could have received it, would I still have 9&1/2? I have this real problem with my eyesight now that I haven't gone into here . I having my bad cough now too .
