Such a horrible day from the moment I woke up. Dredging up trauma for therapy, exacerbated by my mother's BS and all the other crap happening in my life. My choice is to blame the people who deserve it, even though that involves rage against entire systems and societies - or I can blame myself for being so f*****g trusting all my life. It's a classic guilt and shame spiral which will only get worse as I venture back into therapy.

Do these aholes know they cause people lifelong psychological damage, and do they even give a shiny sh!t?!

Also - To Russell Williams - GO FUCKKKKK YOURSELF.

JFC I'm in such a bad mood I ordered myself takeaway.
Set it down to put the cats in another room, so they wouldn't eat it.

Came back 30 seconds later and my dog had eaten it.

Maybe a +2 or +3.

We got some snow so I got to stay home from work. Yay! =) However, I have come down some kind of cold (which shouldn't be COVID since I just had it in November), so I'm not feeling my best. Farrrr from the worst, though.
