0. Not good but not the worst. Right in the middle. Anxiety. I don't understand how I am feeling. I'm ok. The rules. My hygiene. The physical feeling isn't good. Someone tried to log in on my Facebook. I have been journaling. It's a good way to vent. People are saying I might need to try to find my own place but it'll be fine cause they'd help me. It's just so strange.

Not sure I would post if I were 0+. I'm definitely on the south side of felling good. Been avoiding conflict for several months now from my pantry. I have a laptop and a nice chair, and I do everything but sleep in here.

I would love to find a therapistwho deals with ASD/ADHD/PTSD/Trust Issues/Short Fuse

I've been rejected for one reason or another by the last 4 therapists I've asked for help.

After MANY hours of conversation with AI, I was led here today. I hope somebody reaches out to me.

Hopefully they mean it and aren't just saying it while it doesn't require anything of them.
