I'm scared. You don't exist yet. I don't know which way everything is going to go. What is my life going to look like in a couple of years?

The only reason I'm so pressed is because in a month we're going to HAVE to have one because of new systems we're getting, and my managers have considered me, but all of my coworkers argue and miscommunicate so much and sometimes do whatever they want, so apparently that means I can't be the lead yet... ALL ISSUES WE HAVE BECAUSE WE DON'T HAVE AN OFFICIAL LEAD.

I don't even necessarily WANT to be it, but I already do everything and am the only one all of them listen to, and they'd listen so much more if we had someone designated for people to communicate with and follow directions from. Another coworker also does the same s**t I do, but doesn't speak English well enough I guess to be the lead.

I've actually kept my coworkers calm the past few days and really kept things organized + communicated with other departments well, so I'm hoping they finally just make me the lead so it can stop being an issue, and I can get trained for what I need to do w/ the new systems sooner rather than later.
