I have no trouble meeting women. My issue is having a women I am interested in romantically feel the same way. No matter what I always get shot down.

When I read the title, I was like, "Hell, yeah!" I sort of wish my shortcomings were more obvious so that someone can grab me by the shoulders and tell me what I (and only I) have known for about a year now. I actually dream of being in an institution. This might sound insulting to anyone who's been in one, but for me it may come as something of a relief to be in a controlled enviornment.

I think that for us, who are aware of how AS is (god, it's such a relief to be using "us" and "AS" in the same sentence. This is a first!!) have to make our own allowances for ourselves and our own considerations for our shortcomings. I'm not at the age where dating really matters, but this applies to friendships too. When coming out of a relationship, it's easy to say "Crap, that didn't work out. And I pretty much know why." We can't blame everything on AS, but- actually, yes we can, if we really want to but that would make you a pretty weak person, and I don't mean to be mean when I say that.

When entering a potential relationship, the other party has to understand things like lack of eye contact and difficulty in conversing. I know its not a pleasant thing to discuss but how else is she gonna get along with you, or at least try? It takes a special kind of girl. You might have loved those girls but they probably don't know how to love you. Does this make sense?
