52. Stay mentally healthy
a. Talk to friends
b. Don't do drugs, or at least don't do drugs daily
c. Take care of something: a child, a dog, a cat, a bird, a fish, a house plant, wildlife

When around doctors* (see below for explanation), talk about things like TV shows, non-violent movies, the weather, or maybe the unfairness of elections. These are boring "normal" things, and a person talking about them would be of no interest whatsoever to even the most highly qualified doctor. Of course, by "doctor", I mean people who seek to put as many aspies as possible into mental hospitals, them make a profit off of them by prescribing them psychoactive drugs and solitary confinements.
