I read threads by people talking about how miserable they are, stuff they can't accomplish, disabilities etc. In what just seems like a boo hoo I need pity kind of way.

There's so much I could boo hoo over and just I have never seen the point in it. When I see others constant whoa is me posts I just don't feel sorry for them. It seems like mostly crybaby stuff.

I'm often tempted to write something sarcastic that would get me trouble. Does that make me a bad person, evil or whatever?

Talking Heads
Song: No Compassion

"In a world where people have problems.
In this world where decisions are a way of life.
Other people's problems, they overwhelm my mind.
They say compassion is a virtue, but I don't have the time..."

The Talking Heads is one of my favorite bands of all time and I couldn't resist quoting some of the song lyrics since it seemed so germane to what you're talking about.

There are other lines in the same song such as: "Talk you your analyst. Isn't that what they're paid for?

That's a good one thanks. I wouldn't be surprised to find out David Byrne was on the spectrum.

In short, the less compassion, the better.
