I wish I could be a beautiful mermaid or merman and just swim into the deepest part of the ocean and get away from all the annoying humans.

I get you, Serpentari.

I’m referring to people who stuff “motivation” down people’s throats. “Motivational speakers.”

This doesn’t apply to this thread.

This has actually become a very nice thread.

What’s your favorite part of Russia?

One thing that’s fascinated me about Russia. The Dachas.

We have similar-type places here...but most people can’t afford them.

They would be paradise for an Aspie seeking solitude if they could get one all to him/her self.

kraft, its not as... fulfilling... as u can imagine. also i have severe flashbacks connected to a dacha. so that u understand, it was meant to have urban ppl also do rural work for themselves, grow their own food in addition to working at factories and other places. some dachas got repurposed, some didnt, but the idea was not about resorting. mostly u get terrible conditions, then there are other... implications. be careful what u wish for, for ur dreams could come true...

also i will be very grateful if we emm, stick to pictures here please. i am sorry, i am triggered right now.

Sorry about that. I can't know what triggers people. I certainly don't feel a desire to trigger anybody.

Thank you! I bought it at a thrift store. Perfect for my storing my sea shells. :)

I bet you would love to visit Florida. We have very pretty white sandy beaches here. Whenever I get to go to the beach I like to collect as many shells as I can find! 8)

well, russia has it's warm areas too) southmost parts are on same level with Italy, and even here in central belt summers also can get pretty hot too.

I've seen Moscow be above 35 Celsius for two weeks straight.

That's interesting! :) I honestly don't know much about Russia, on TV and in movies they always make it look like it snows everywhere all the time there but I know Hollywood always exaggerates things like that.

Do you guys have beaches over there? Maybe next time I go to the beach once it warms up I'll show you what the ones here in Pensacola look like. Pensacola itself is a dump but we do have some pretty beaches. Johnson's Beach is my favorite. :nemo:
