Sheer stupidity - lifted something very heavy in a careless way. I tend to get very caught up in whatever I'm doing and asking for help doesn't cross my mind

Oh! I know that one!
Of course I can pile two banana boxes full of books, stack them up and then carry them up a flight of stairs in my own, that H&S poster is obviously lies

Is the pain easing then?

Hope your recovery is quick

Thanks, it's a well known fact that a bit of pain never hurt anyone :P

It annoys me that I can't use my rower but since my wife thinks the best treatment is being lazy and getting spoiled, I'll allow it ;)

Well, at least pain confirms that ones nervous system is still functioning :P

Good to know you’re being looked after :)
It’s always most pleasant when Mrs K switches from “what are you doing today” to “you’re blatantly ill/injured/worn out: inhabit your chair and don’t worry about your normal tasks”. 8)

Since MOST people are well behaved and social distancing I’ve been getting higher quality sexts, app messages, nudes, and requests for video chats from beautiful people than normal. 8)

Some of them include genuine requests for post C-19 real life encounters.

At least this is a bit of good fun that’s come of this hot mess.

The small garden birds and little creatures able to move from hedgerows on one side of the road to the other safely.

There are some kids that get bullied in school all the time, and home schooling has been a great break for some of them. Some kids that can't focus in class due to noise the others make can also concentrate better at home.
