If you post art and videos i will wait until morning to view them, because of the device I'm on has it's limits. But nearly indestructible. If you copy and paste gothic poems I will read and reflect on them. :)

Pepe,Are you sure? I am my worst at night with the fact I can just get up an do what I want. With no one to physically stop me. During the morning I am more reserved because parents are usually home. I am getting better at not showing my emotions by body language.

Why don't you make a new thread somewhere, and we can all do Goth stuff in there?
I recommend: viewforum.php?f=8
It is the member's only forum.
Call it "HighVamp's Goth thread", or whatever you like.

Yes definitely! I never knew I had that side of me. :D I like this side of me. It's like a .... It's hard to explain. It's like a flip switched.

I need to take that bipolar assessment. Lol.

Yeah. Keep an eye on whether or not you fall into a depressive state of mind.
If you do, what you are experiencing now *might* be the manic other side of the coin.

Disclosure:
I have a friend who is Bi-Polar, but I haven't studied the subject, so keep that in mind when I talk about it. ;)
It may be hard to believe, but I don't know everything/k. 8)

Ok, Pepe. But I thought you were the oracle of truth. XD But seriously I hope not. I have a doctors appointment in a day or 2, school on Thursday, and work/volunteer on Saturday. So yeah.

I mean it is better than the lows. But the impulses is hard to control. I'm alot more daring, in this so called "state". I don't think of the consequences, I rarely think at all. But eh still better than the crashes.

It sounds like you are improving.
I still think you should keep off the caffeine/coffee/tea/chocolate/smokes if you can.
Probably an impossible ask, but maybe just reduce the amount. ;)

Anything/k that lets your emotions over-rule your rational mind, is your "enemy".
Emotional spiking is bad for us.

Is it helping with you feeling more emotionally stable?

Withdrawal symptoms/cravings might take some time to go away.
Hopefully, this isn't the case.

Why are you guys living? I mean what are you fighting for? What makes you want to take that one more step? Who makes you wanna take that one more breath? :( Cause honestly I'm running... out of reasons to stay.

The only real constant in the universe is change ...... it’s happening all the time on some kind of scale
One day you may have a good day and that may help you carry one , maybe even for a few days .
But if your not around anymore you may never see that next good day . Depending on your point of veiw,
Something as simple as a clear and beautiful day may come your way , or you could be the one person , that just happened to be there to stop that partially sighted person from walking in front of that oncoming car. The world is larger than you might be able to grasp . From moment to moment , things change big or small they change .
This is just my humble opinion , based on having lived a pretty difficult existence as compared to most humans.
Please remember hope can be a very fleeting thing , but if you can hang onto it , it stands a good chance of getting. You through some Real life challenges , life can throw at you

I read recently that, after a sugar high, there can be a corresponding low.
Keep track of this, and see if it is happening to you, too. ;)

Most anti-anxiety and antidepressant meds take a while to build up in your system. So missing one doesn't make a great deal of difference, but missing several in a row might. If you're getting instant withdrawl / panic symptoms that suggests to me a psychological dependance. It also says to me that perhaps your depressions stems from anxiety and perhaps it's the anxiety that needs treating?

I have pretty bad anxiety from time to time. Caffeine definitely doesn't help, neither do cigarettes.

Depression to me is a nothingness, like an all-pervading fog, anxiety is my mind and pulse racing and being unable to turn it off.

Which are you getting the most?

I am hypersensitive to caffeine, but I don't get anxious or depressed, but that is just me.
I tend to go silly, more than usual ;), and aggro.
It causes emotional instability, and I have no time for that.

I advise everyone who will listen, and also those who won't  , to stay off the caffeine if people experience emotional instability.

Nicotine is very bad, also, I believe, though I don't smoke, so I don't have any first-hand experience of that.

Basically, any drug and illicit drug that heightens the emotions is bad with regard to emotional control. 8)

Have experiences similiar to this when using caffeine regularly , but in the school of some physical disabilities and brain fog , occasionally have used caffeine product very limited to keep me energized to complete a physical project
Provided am adequate on my nutrition . And only use it earlier in the day , on a limited basis . It is very much a double sided sword to me .

Apparently, caffeine can help symptoms of ADD.
I have ADD but caffeine causes more problems than it might solve.

Caffeine can give an energy lift.
Why is that?
Because it infuses the body with adrenaline.
Why is that bad for me?
Because it reduces my rationality and empowers my emotionalistic side, and that is usually not a good or wanted result. 8)
