Got good news, he seems to be doing good now, all doing better when I saw him compared to two days ago. He still maintains he was pretending all along because he was doing a thought experiment to help with his brain. I told him none of it makes sense and no sane person would do what he did which is what got him in there. His excuse was Einstein did a thought experiment too and that was how he discovered gravity and I asked if he faked insanity for it and he said he never faked it, he was pretending because it had to be real or it wouldn't have worked.
I told him when he gets home, he can read his own messages online, he might be surprised and he said he remembers what he wrote. I told him, "no, you should really see it." He asked me what did he write and to tell him and he won't get mad. I told him what he wrote to the 5th column guy on Twitter in DM telling him he didn't want them to go after him and get hurt and my husband said he was pretending. Then he seemed shocked I believed it and took it seriously and I told him we all did. But no one is buying he was doing a thought experiment and this is all BS and he said he didn't care what anyone thinks. I told him he may maintain this memory now that the meds are working and that is fine and we may agree to disagree on all this because he has an altered memory of what happened.

He insists his memory isn't altered and this was all a misunderstanding. I said he sure involved all of us and it scared all of us. I also asked him what about when I told him to go to the doctors to give him the information and he said he couldn't or the gov would know. He said again that was all pretend and seemed surprised I took it seriously.

He insists he was done with it for a while before he arrived in there and I told him it was right before he got there so no, it wasn't a while.

He told me doctors discovered he had 3 big seizures in the same month so they are thinking that is what caused all this.

I did read online epilepsy can cause psychosis. He also said he stopped taking his mood meds because it was expensive. That was how I knew he was doing better because he was back in reality again other than his memory of what happened, he now believes this was all pretend he did for a thought experiment for his memory. I don't know if I should be mad or just forgive him and think this was just the illness or his seizures that caused it. He still insists he was never sick.
