Well what the hell do you really need friends in real life for anyway?
At least in my case anyway, its a lot easier to communicate through the internet than in person.

What you need is invisible demon-spawn ape-men to follow you around and tell you to do bad things.
I never feel alone, I don't know what its like to be alone because I always have 3 ghosts watching at me and listening to me rant on and on about pointless crap.
