absolutely, you have to find the strenght yourself, so that at least you can rely on yourself in bad times, till the good times come again ...
(otherwise one becomes a sour, ugly, uninteresting, depressive person and i'm sure that's not what you deserve and certainly not what you aim for -don't understand me wrong i don't say you'll be that, but for myself i have this image of an ugly old woman who can't smile anymore and i always swear to myself never to become like that, and this does encourage me somehow)
