People with BPD are impulsive in areas that have a potential for self-harm, such as drug use, drinking, and other risk-taking behaviors.

Risk factors for BPD include abandonment issues in childhood or adolescence, sexual abuse, disrupted family life, and poor communication within the family

Relationships with others are intense and unstable, swinging wildly from love to hate and back again. People with BPD will engage in frantic efforts to avoid real or imagined abandonment.

BPD patients may also have uncertainties about their identity or self-image. They tend to see things in terms of extremes, either all good or all bad. Such people also typically view themselves as victims of circumstance and take little responsibility for themselves or their problems.

i spent last night takeing sleeping pills with caffine and pain killers i thought they might have a bad reaction and kill me

my family dont do comunication

theres been times in the past when ive done both of those things

well: i often take overdoses, take drugs/drink alcohol and i used to take risks with my life everyday and i didnt care.
iv been sexually abused, my family dont do communication and iv had alot of distruption in the family and family problems-dad used to beat my mom and he left when i was two leaving my mom in lots of debt with no money to pay them off.

my relationships are intense and short because i think they are abandoning me and i do hate and love people all the time.
and the "all or nothing thinking" or "in terms of extremes" i do have
yes i view myself as a victim of many things
and i dont take responsibility for myself or my problems.

my sisters friend is comeing round and ive acedently spryed my self in the eye with air freshner

yeah i hate that except people who i like/love.
but i hate it when my lil sis' friends come round f*****g annoying.
i stop them coming round if i can help it.
which i often can. through violence, it tells everyone im in abad mood, just throw a few chairs around they soon get frightened and leave :twisted: hehehe

I prefer being on my own. I find most other people boring and exhausting.

Somewhere around a 4 I think. Paranoia keeps flaring up, bringing anxiety along with it. Times where it hasn't flared up, just feeling numb. Need to keep looking for a job, having a hard time staying focused. Well, focused on looking for a job.
