Isn't it dangerous to drink so much alcohol that is that kind of proof?
I mean 95%...
Well, point number 1, spent the last five years in a college town that goes by the mantra of "We're a drinking town with a football (American) problem."
Point number 2, I've got such a high tolerance that I've had several times where people have asked me how I'm still alive.
Point number 3, any time I get "dangerously" drunk, I go into some automatic "failsafe" mode, where I automatically take measures to keep myself alive. Laying on my side with an arm to prop me up (so I don't drown in vomit for example) is automatic.
Point #4, I'm still typing relatively coherently.
All I had was everclear. I've been mixing it with other things. I've also ordered food. (Greasy cheesesteak and fries, that'll help.) I've got a high tolerance. I'm also not trying to get quite
that wasted. (I kind of want to, that's how stressed I am, but I'm hoping she comes online later and wants to talk to me...since if I talk to her I have the paranoid fear that she'll think I'm acting desperate or needy, or something...). SO I don't want to be completely incoherent.
Also, this is kind of like how I've been in the past with substances. Sometimes alcohol leaves me a drooling, babbling, neanderthal piece of s**t. Others, it almost feels like a stimulant. Now is one of those times.
I don't recommend drinking everclear to
anyone. It is NOT to be taken lightly. I've spent the past four and a half to five years drinking at this level. I"m used to it. Does that make it "OK?" No, not really. I've got some "training" though. The suggested concern is nice though.
