You're 16, correct? If your parents refuse to acknowledge that you need help (and that should be the first step, talking to them, even if it's hard), talk to your school guidance counsler.

If you can't wait until that time, there are several hotlines that can help. Most deal with suicidal feelings, but a few branch out to more than that.

866-4-U-TREVOR is a hotline for suicidal/depression feelings.
The National Youth Crisis Hotline (800-442-HOPE) may be able to help with the voices; I'm unsure about that. But it does help wit suicidal feelings.
The Boys Town Suicide and Crisis Line (800-448-3000 or 800-448-1833) deals with suicide, problems, and "other issues".
SAFE (800-366-8288) deals with self-injury.

In UK and Northern Ireland, Samaritans national phone help line is 08457 90 90 90 available 24 hours a day at local rate. Note, you cannot dial this number from outside UK.

Suicide crisis line. Either get them by phone, or through their web site.

Sorry, I didn't realize he was from the UK.
Like you said, the Samaritans are the biggest one over there. The only other one I can find offhand is Childline (0800 1111).
