If you want, or need, the diagnosis, then you should see a doctor. Again, why don't you want to see a doctor?
how do i tell my family about this
Tell them honestly. If you feel comfortable telling them exactly what you think is wrong, do that too, so they know that you have a specific reason. If you don't feel comfortable telling them that yet, that's ok too. If you act like this in real life too, chances are that they probably all ready realize that you may be having some problems and won't object very much, if at all.
they do realise somtings wrong but there in denile about it and normaly say that its just the autism
Ah. My parents play the it's-just-part-of-being-a-teenager card. I know what you mean.
If you can't convince them - absolutely cannot, 100% - could you ask them to let you see a pyschologist just in general, without bringing up any specific problems? The pyschologist would be able to dx you with other things, and then they would have to face it. If you can't even get them to do that, then you really should talk with your guidance counseler at school (I assume you're not homeschooled). Having an offical adult break talk to them may open them up to the possibilites.
