well, think about what caused that feeling in the first place. Once you know that, yo may be able to get the feeling back.

I get lost in grocery stores.

Anyway, I'm at a 5. I overslept today (not a good thing), and I have a lot to do...but it's not a bad day yet either.

Edit: Drop it to a 3. Confused now, and I was mistaken about something that was cheering me up a bit. Blast it.
