I want to rant, but I don't feel much anger or frustration

I'm empty inside. There is nothing there. Maybe that's why I use "I" so much. It's an attempt to create an "I" that does not really exist.

I've read that some people have to live other peoples lives, because they lack the "core" to live their own. This is apparently the result of not having been mirrored as an infant. You haven't become yourself. I believe this is true.

So I'm just sitting here. Nothing to do. What's worse is that there's nothing I want to do. In a panic to escape this condition I thought: " I can go for a walk" Why would I do that. It's no point in doing that. It has no meaning.

Lately I've been thinking that I might try and reduce the dosage of antidepressant I'm on. I have to go to the doctor first, and I can't fool him. He'll see right thru me. Why even try to come up with an excuse and then end up having to discuss it with him. He can't refuse me anyway. I just want to try it, and see what happens. Maybe negative emotions are better then none. He cares about me, it's unpleasant. Just leave me alone.

The question that comes to mind is "Who even cares" and the answer is "I for sure don't!"

I'm going to be brave. I'm gonna ask Anne what it will take for her to leave me. Without her, I believe I'm a goner.

Omg. The s**t I'm posting today is sooooooo f*****g pathetic. Disgusting!

Oh, and no attachment also means no caring. Sorry

I still don't eat meat. On my part the actual turkey thing remains an anachronistic punk weirdo pun.

It does not sound like the relationship with Anne is a healthy one?
That said, I wonder ... is it unhealthy for you, for Anne, or for both of you?
I say this as one who coincidentally has recently walked away from a friendship,
for the sake of my own peace of mind.
My gut feeling was just giving me some huge warnings and red flags
that my "friend" may not be who I thought ...
may not be someone I can trust, after all.

I can care about this person, through prayer ...
from a good, safe distance.

And I find walking outside in nature to be a wonderfully rewarding way to spend the day.

Please pardon my ramblings
if they don't apply to you.
