Minus something (maybe 4 or 5). I think I like it might be time to change my meds. Things feel cloudy too much of the time.

Danielismyname: I love your poems as well...I think...you could view publishing as sharing your work rather than making money...but...I understand what you're saying...if you set out to publish something then it would be hard to avoid the desire to promote yourself...but I think your poems are beautiful and that they could help a lot of people...would be lovely if they can be shared with more people..

I missed class this morning because I was staying up late...
I didn't have this problem when I was living in the woods...
It's OK, I missed class but tomorrow I'll make it...and make up the missed ones to meet the graduation criterea...

I am feeling overall OK...the cringe in my guts is still somewhat there, but now I know there are the woods for me to turn to and rest in...and that we are all connected and loved....

My heart is in the forest, my home is in nature, my source of power and life, my eternal longing...

Just by chance, I remembered when I passed an old sawmill and tried to lift the saw machinery and thought how macho I was back then. I realized the key to me feeling good is being the macho man I want to be and not let other people set boundaries for me or try to make me feel bad for showing off or voicing my views on subjects in spite of what some people feel about them.

Ironically, I've got an appointment tomorrow for my depression, but if this feeling lasts, my own testosterone will be the only medication I need. Don't see any real-life friends right now, but I guess I should go back to the gym and just accept I'll have to put in quite a bit of work to be in the shape I was and be a bit social there too. I lost my motivation to lift weights when I didn't progress any more in spite of hard work, but simply spending a few hours a week at the gym to remain at the same level is a whole lot better than being crippled by a depression caused by letting the real me be restrained.

I think lifting weights can be a pretty good remedy for any man's depression if he's not too intimidated by the people at the gym.

5. I have a lot of homework to do tonight. The good news is that the quarter is just about over. But I haven't registered for summer classes just yet. Anyway, Miranda's story this morning was a bit moving. I was glad that I was there to help her out. But right now, I would like to be loved. I'm a little lonely right now.
