I wonder how painless it really is to shoot or stab somebody through the heart? I know it's a quick death but is it really painless?

I guess most people can't avoid pain when dying. But at least it does go away eventually, and maybe they move on to a better place once it's over? :)

I believe that there is just nothing , you cease to exist anywhere. I yearn for that nothingness.

I don't, I would bathe in the blood of innocent virgins like Elizabeth Bathory did if it would keep me alive forever until the end if time.

Maybe if you can just hang on for a bit longer Ferris. I used to feel like that. But the last 10 years have changed everything and I do love life now.

In all seriousness I think all life should be cherished, and some people are OK with the idea of nothingness after death but some people need to believe in that afterlife thing because death can be pretty scary to most people. The idea of an afterlife gives them hope and nobody should have to die feeling miserable and terrified.

Oh! I'm not planning to pop off my mortal coil just yet , just stress gives me suicidal thoughts. If I was going to top myself I wouldn't mention it here.

Yeah but unfortunately a lot of people aren't lucky enough for that. They're the ones I pity. :(

both my parents passed pleasantly, one in a drug-induced haze and one in their sleep. I hope to have one or the other.

I don't know how I will meet my end but I just hope I don't lose my mind to alzhiemers and dementia like my grandparents. :(

I wish I could just live forever. I want eternal life!

Wouldn't eternal life also mean eternal suffering?
