Show some understanding, it is hard to call people names, blame everything on them, and provide a cure, without any knowledge, and having only a small mind to work with.
They were doing the best they could with what they have.
If you accepted your life I would worry, but you keep up a healthy struggle.
Such comments usually come from people who have given up on their own efforts to improve,
seeing others fighting their way through shows them the emptiness within.
They yelled something and ran off, you tore it to pieces and started a five page thread.
I know I have said, see others point of view before, Mum, Nanna, it is the right thing to do.
There are others who's high point in life is making comments toward people on the internet.
As I told my kid, when she started middle school, ignore most of the world. In the next few years a lot of people are going to stop, drop out, go to jail, get hooked on drugs, get pregnant. When you get to the University less than half will even try, and half of those will drop out.
Only 25% will make it through. You are going to be there, so ignore those who would pull you down to make them feel better about quiting. Three quarters of the people you know will just stop growing.
Next month is graduation, she made it through twelve years. Four more years and she graduates again.
You are fistey, there is a fire within. Nothing will stop you. Ignore most of the world, they will not be where you are going. I have known a lot of people, you have what it takes.
A strong sense of self,
a dissatisfaction with your life,
the drive to become,
whatever you do you do it with all your being,
