I regret not standing up to bullies when I was younger. I didn't know how, I didn't want to fight, and I couldn't understand why anyone would want to hurt me. These days it doesn't happen because I'm not frightened of standing up for myself anymore, and bullies will almost always back down if confronted head-on. I wish I'd known this when I was younger.

I also regret hurting people emotionally without meaning to.

I regret being sitting alone and not asking to join on in fun activities during recess in elementary school.

I regret going back home instead of staying at a friend's house. I was feeling really sad and they assured me that they would help me feel better, and going home would just make it worse. They were right.

My cats would make me regret it if I missed a day of scooping their litterboxes.

I kind of sort of regret completely wasting today...and at the same time, I don't. :)

Pretty much what I'm going through right now. I know that
someone is interested, but I simply CAN'T seem to bring
myself to push things to another level. I'm totally obsessing,
but I'm so afraid that I'm going to end up with another regret
to add to my already bulging sack of them.

everyone thought we were a couple and everyone kept saying "oh ask her out" or dance with her (at the dance) but I just couldn't it broke my heart I stopped trying with girls and have been miserable since...
something else I regret is not coming to terms with asperger's sooner-I've known about it since i was about 13-14...but never really thought about it until lately...
I was always praying it would go away!

I kinda tend to think that if one opportunity passes us by, then there must be a better one out there waiting.
