I'm glad you've found some things that help, especially something like drawing. Anywhere you go you can take along a sketch pad and some pencils/pens. I was wondering, have you ever tried to keep track what you've been eating to see if that might be triggering the thought insertions? I've read before that food allergies and intolerances can cause all sorts of havoc with the mind.

FireBird, do you think you would be able to have some tests done on your vitamin and mineral levels? I've heard that certain B vitamins can help. See if you are deficient in anything. It might be your big breakthrough.
