I'm stuck training an ultra urban elementary school drop-out at work, who has the gaul to think he knows better than me, my boss, and the owner of the company. He regularly shows this superiority by pushing said people around, and telling them in ebonics (or as I call it, n*****-speak) how they're not doing it right.
Meanwhile, we've had several customers coming back with battery packs he's rebuilt or special orders he's dealt with, where everything's screwed up.
Furthermore, I'm trying to train him to close the store, and he can't count the money in the register right! He miscounts the nightly deposits regularly, refuses to write down his totals in the paperwork until he's already forgotten what the totals were, and then when he doesn't want to do something, tells me I have to do it.
I would throw a steel girder, but I will have much more pleasure quitting work, and on my way out the door, referencing "Blazing Saddles"(1974).
"What'd he say?"
"The sheriff is NEAR!"
