Tried asking her out, but pretty sure she just finds me ugly and creepily like most women, I'm just going ignore her from now on. Going try ignoring everyone there, just do my time and not go home

Look so maybe she wasn't interested in you but please don't take it personally or think she finds you creepy. People sometimes don't respond because their heads are full of stuff just like yours and it is likely that it could well have been the case for your crush. For me I find that one day a person in my class barely responds to my attempt to initiate a conversation and the next day we might be laughing or arguing. How people respond just varies so much on how they may be feeling that's my thought.

Past month so so she's been acting what I can on,y describe as I'm creepy.
I try to talk to her and sometimes she'll respond but she always keeps walking away.

And other day we were talking and I was going try to ask her out, then an employee off duty cam over and started asking about tents randomly(perhaps to save her from me :( ) I stood there and listened hoping when they were done I could ask her but she immediately took off fast after they were finished.

I looked around her department at stuff while I waited for my ride hoping maybe we'd bump into each other again.

Well that's a good sign I guess, she is not trying to totally avoid you. Just asking but what made you have a crush on her to begin with?

If she said hi that means she doesn't think you're a creep. You should talk to her more. She sounds like just the right kind of girl for you.

She's pretty and playful. She's also nice to me unlike most all the other women at work

I find playfulness and silliness attractive

My sister doesn't think she's that pretty

I've been working with her for over a year.
I've tried to talk to her and flirt but I still have no idea.

We won't have any overlapping shifts for next few weeks
Maybe she asked to work on times I dont

Whichever it goes I think it would be good not to obsess about this, constantly worrying over whether a girl likes you or not may ultimately put you down. If you having a crush on someone is making you feel worse you might as well leave it, their are going to be hundreds of women you will come across in your lifetime she just may not be the one. Many women from my experience at least typically like to be around someone who is socially confident and is easy to relate to in conversation. Not saying you aren't capable of that but you may at the moment find it more difficult.
