I feel very disillusioned about my country

before i knew the term "meltdown" my immidiate circle had come up with another one, to denote my behaviour during one. vihsplosion (due to me usually going by the name Vihja, which translates as "obliterate" from one of made-up languages). think that pretty much shows exactly how explosive i am ^^

but ya, i do my best to restrict the blast radius to "in company of ppl, equipped for and used to dealing with it" ^^

The way to be sane....is to stay away from politics.

There’s truly beauty that one can enjoy in most countries.

thats why i kinda like the canadian idea. they are trying to stay out of mess and focus on their in-house order. i know things allways seem more... shiny... from the distance, but canada does shine bright

That's why I hate Game of Thrones. Too real for me! I watch TV to ESCAPE from reality!

i kinda do like it, but sometimes get really annoyed with certain plot twists ^^

I get annoyed with the exploitation of rape and torturous violence.

^ If it wasnt for all that stuff I might actually like the show. The plot is intriguing and I do like some of the characters like Daenerys, Margaery, Sansa, and Tyrion. Cersei is also an interesting evil villain.

Why do a lot of fans hate Sansa? She's like the only truly innocent character in the whole show. I mean hell even her little sister turns into a viscous murdering psycho.

I like Sansa because of the fact that she's tenderhearted, but many fans of the show hate her.

sansa was a dumb c**t, who betrayed her family for her fiancee. then she ofc had second thoughts xD but she isnt innocent, she is stupid. also, aria ROCKS) (and she doesnt murder innocents, ukno... just scum who deserves it)

Well Sansa was just a scared kid thinking about her own survival, I mean the girl married into a family of sadistic psychopaths because she desperately wanted to move to what she thought was a better place. That's exactly what made her an innocent kid, she was a typical spoiled brat who made a terrible mistake and it ruined her life.

As for Arya I wouldn't say she never murdered anybody innocent. Forgive me if I'm wrong because I havent watched every episode, but in this scene isn't it pretty much implied that she killed a servant girl abd stole her face so that she could assassinate this man and his men for what they did to her family? I mean why should the poor servant girl get killed for that?



And Margaery is the kind of person I WISH I could be. She's a skilled manipulator who is good at telling people what they want to hear and yet she's not evil. She and her grandmother came so close to sabotaging the Lannisters (I hate those inbreeding psychopaths!) and she would have done great things for the citizens of King's Landing, even if it was just to improve her own political image.

Also her house's royal insignia is the rose. I myself love roses because they're my favorite flower. It also makes me think of the Tudors who ruled over England their symbol was the rose too.



Wow I really derailed my own topic.

i wont derail it further. after all, we take liking or disliking to fictional characters, based on our own life experiences)

So back to the topic.

I went to a flea market in Alabama yesterday and had a really good day and we went out to eat at Lambert's Cafe (I had fried frog legs ). But I was quickly reminded of the thing I hate most about the Deep South: the racism. The two old white guys whom I bought my indian head pennies from were making some of the most offensive comments about black people as well as people from countries like England.

Oh and of course this being in Alabama I saw those stupid Confederate flags for sell everywhere.
