I don't nescisarily have a number... I know the limit is -10 but I certainly feel a lot less than that,
I'm still coping with what's happened, though it's unusual for me to grieve this long, there's a pain within me that seems to have no resolve... I hope I can find peace...

Maybe you should try wrestling, then you can fight and hug at the same time.

I'm at a -8. Would be a -10 but this semester is over tomorrow and the next one should be better.

Martial arts classes might work, as would high-energy aerobics courses (especially bootcamp-style ones).
