Well the whole sensory issue causes distress of course. The smart/stupid capable/incapable aspects.

So you choose not to believe me because what I do involves some gross science. Doesn't make it any less true. Trust me, this isn't where I WANTED what I learned to lead. I'd much prefer if there were a pressure point on the back of my hand I could squeeze and achieve the same result. But there isn't & this is where everything I learned led to, and since I'm willing to do whatever it takes not to have ASD control/ruin my life, I'm okay with it. Sometimes the truth is inconvenient.

I choose to consider trying several other better sounding treatment methods which have many more than just one person's testimonial regarding effectiveness.

I hate the anti-cure autistic movements and those who are against the cure researches.

Let the ones who want to be cured to have a chance for a cure (or remedy).

It’s too late for us, any such cure would need to be done in early child hood

It would be best, I agree, but it's not necessary for treatment to begin in childhood. I didn't learn my diagnosis until I was 29 years old & I've been using medicine to treat my symptoms for nearly 5 years now.
