Just hold on for a little longer and it will all get much better than you ever could possibly imagine. Are you seeing a psychiatrist? Do you have a therapist whom you can call?

I forgot to ask that LOL.

Maybe you should get yourself to A & E. So you can be monitored physically.

And bring your phone and charger with you, so you can entertain yourself in the A & E place.

Or bring your book. The telly might not have what you like there.
