-5 still. I feel like s**t. Total s**t. It's like I'm in constant pain, only it's not physical pain,but it's just as bad. I can't explain it.

6... my head feels MUCH better. i usually have a constant headache and i've realized it's due to eating really poorly, i've eaten better and i feel better! i also have a lot of homework done! i'm happy about my project that's due tomorrow too. worried about my friends though. tired. good night!

i feel alot more at peace these days, and i am back here sort of... only i dont think anyo of the people i spent time with on here are here anymore... so it may drop a bit over the next few days...

5 Still have chest pain and alone but much better. I wish I had someone to talk to. I don't think I could explain well in this haven for the fear of being judged.
