Ive been sad lately i don't know why.
I wonder if its something to do with my diet . Ive heard that can influence you.

Ive been having horrible melt downs lately. Today I was screaming as loud as i could and rolling around on the floor thrashing back and forth. my throat is still sore.

my sensory issues have been way up too. i don't know whats causing it. I guessing just a bit sad.

I'm also pms'ing really bad this month. perhaps once that passes ill feel better.

I have a lump in my breast I'm going to get checked to make sure its not cancer. Perhaps thats why I'm all over the place?

I don't know. its not that bad i just felt like talking about it. i just feel sad and i don't know why.

Stress will make anyone hyper sensitive, perhaps after the lump is checked you will feel better.

Sometimes it's a cumulative thing.
Fix as many of those issues as you can and you'll probably feel better.

Has anything else changed lately?
Diet, school, work, routine, family problems?
Sometimes good changes can throw you off, too.

Perhaps. I'm not really worried about that though.

I think I'm stressed cause I'm sick of going to doctors. I had a surgery done to correct a problem cause by medication side effects. I had several visits after the surgery.
Ive been going to sensory integration. I went to several neurologist appts. I have had several general doctor visits. I need to go to a dermatologist. Ive had to go to several doctors to figure out what was wrong with me prior to getting surgery. and constant therapy to top it off.

I don't like leaving the house much because i get overwhelmed easy. Ive been going to doctors non stop and i think its causing me massive stress. I just want to stay home and rest.

I think thats the problem.

In a round about way you helped me realize this . thank you,.

*nod* having to go out in public when you do not like to is very stressful. Add to that the invasive nature of going to a doctor... it is no wonder that you are feeling sad and probably very drained.

Yes, diet can be a big factor.
Whatever the chemicals, and minerals, and vitamins, and colorings, and preservatives, and everything else is in the food will be absorbed by your body.

And then your body tries to get what it needs out of it all. If the right things are not in there, or there are too many artificial chemicals getting in the way, it's not going to work quite right.

My Mom was a Dietician, Nutritionist, and all, she could give all the technical details.
All I can do (and I hope to god she never sees this!) is say that she was right - food makes a difference.
Best place to start is the old saying "A balanced diet in moderately sized servings"

And, it's always possible to be down because you are down, and that's just the way it is today.

Hang on, you'll get there.
Do tell yourself that you can find out why and then let it happen :)

Hi Just-me, I just saw your posts here---I will be thinking about you. I am beginning to think there's something in the weather---I have been having bouts of anxiety lately. And tonight, our last night in Chicago on this trip, my son wanted me take pictures of the Lego shop sculptures, and there's people all over the place---I almost freaked out and had to stop my self from yelling. I had to leave the store three times and return like five minutes later each time until I got all the pictures taken. The sensory issues get to me---too much movement of people around me. This sounds like what is going on with you possibly. Make sure and have the lump checked out to be safe. Stress is something that can make you feel bad for sure. Hang in there and things should get better soon. Try to relax and do something passive like play solitaire, read, listen to music, etc.---whatever relaxes you. Or do what I do sometimes and pace the floor for awhile. Keep in touch and let us know how you are doing.

I'm feeling better.
I think it was just bad pms. It may have also been that I was doing to much and not giving myself enough rest time.

I feel better now though.

I also got the lump checked out and I'm fine.

Thanks everyone!
