I broke up with my girlfriend about 2 weeks ago and I've yet to feel any emotion about it :(
The reason she gave was that I couldn't get a job or act "normal"
I hate feeling this empty and dead inside :(

I "feel" this way about most things but ironically I'm content with my life even tho I've never had a job and my future is almost nonexistent except for the fact time happens anyway....

I suppose my question is does anyone else feel an unexplained contentedness?

Sorry this wasn't much of a post and I've probably wasted your time :duh:

I call it calm and consider it a good thing.
So either you needed the breakup or you are still in shock. Or something else altogether. I've never broken up with anybody, but most of the people I see going through it are agonized. Doesn't mean your reaction is bad. You are who you are.

Aww, I don't think you have. A person needs to say what they need to say.

Don't know what to say, the words aren't getting out.
I kind of have that too.

Perhaps it has something to with you being the real you and not trying to be what you are not.

If the words will say more.

Hey, cool, I feel like that sometimes too. It sounds like you're very passive when it comes to your life and you just go with things. Though when you start to feel passionatly about something, that's probably a good thing. I'm not saying passivity is bad (it probably spares you from a lot of pain, actually) but I think it means that you'd feel it more intensely than most when you find something/ someone that makes you feel more. Does this make any sense to anyone?

I suppose, I'm so randomly ambiguous

I like being alone but I also want a friend :?

Cheers for listening to my self obsessed semi-rants tho :D
