I am an AS/ADD person...and when I was a teenager, I had mood swings similar to what you describe. Sometimes I would end up cryiing for days.

Could..in part...be teenaged moodiness....I grew out of the worst of it by the time I passed my early 20's...I also became less "empathic" and paranoid as I got older as well...my paranoia got worse before it got better...but it did eventually...(By empathic I mean..feeling like you are a sponge for other people's emotions and have little control over it)

Maybe not the most helpful advice...I am not sure what you could do to help yourself in your current situation...but at least hopefully all the crazy emotions might level off as you get older...

I don't know if it all stems from AS...but I do think that it is not entirely uncommon for people on the spectrum...especially in their teens...what with raging hormones and all...

Most of my own depression stems from a hopeless feeling about the overall welfare of others, but I do not know how much of that is connected to my AS or might be coming from somewhere else. Personally, however, I think it is just part of my reality and quite sensible.

Several weeks ago, someone told me I care too much ... and I quickly let her know I would not want to be any other way. So, I just do what I can about the depression, and that begins with trying to do all I can for others without assuming responsibility for the actual outcome.
