I get this way when my sports teams lose a ton of games. I can understand losing, but I can't accept a lack of effort. So, on behalf of myself, I apologize to Wrong Palent for my indiscretion. :(

No worries. You feel what you feel.

While I don't share in your sports enthusiasm, I do know other people who do. I live in an area where there are a ton of Pittsburgh Steelers fans (but not Pittsburgh). The fans are VERY dedicated and it ruins their day when the Steelers lose.

I don't question your feelings. If you need to rant, you need to rant. It seems genuine to me.

PS. You should have seen the p*ssed off people yesterday when the Steelers lost to the Browns. It's some old rivalry I guess.

It's ok. You're not the only avid sports fan out there, that's for sure. It's perfectly okay to be upset when your favorite team loses. Just try to control yourself... it's really not good for you to get all upset over a sports team. Like I said, there's nothing you can do about it. :(

Lots of people get mad when their favorite team loses. When my grandfather was alive he would be so mad if his favorite team lost. So there is nothing wrong with feeling sad or mad when your team loses at all. We are all different. :)

I'm a Steelers fan. By that I mean that if I do watch football, it will be under the following conditions:

1. The Steelers are playing
2. I'm completely bored
3. I noticed there was a game on.
4. No loud NT football fans are in the room (as one of my roomies is a Steelers fan, this is actually an issue).

I watch football quietly but am sad when they lose. Normally I miss the games because Sunday has a great block of NPR programming in my area. And I'm not skipping those.

I don't really feel anything about that loss . . . hmm.

Oh the NT football fans. The screaming and yelling and throwing things around? When my parents and I watch football there is no screaming or yelling. We just watch.

I am sad when my team loses.

But at the same time u should see some people I know,
They are supporters of the Collingwood Magpies (AFL team) (these are NT's)
when their team loses they get really angry. serious white line fever.

White line fever is when you are all happy when your team is doing well and winning and then when things are not going well for your team, you get abusive towards the team and the umpire.
